Membership Requirements

Requirements:
- A copy of CNIC of Proprietor
- A copy of National Tax Number (NTN) certificate on the name of business
- A copy of Sales Tax Registration and latest Sales Tax Return, if registered / applicable
- Two photographs of the proprietor
- Original bank certificate on the name of business
- Latest Income Tax Return where applicable, on the name of Proprietor last Two Year
- Request Letter for New Membership with Sign Stamp on Letter pad
- Bill Electricity Copy
- Partnership Deed in case (AOP)
- Two Witness of Valid Members of OCCI
